Central Pattana Plc (CPN) informed that its subsidiary has changed its name from CR Venture Co.,Ltd. to be "Central Pattana Cholburi Co.,Ltd." The company previously informed about its investment in a wholly owned subdiary, CR Venture Co.,Ltd., as stated in a letter of August 10, 1995. The letter said that the subsidiary has a registered capital worth of Bt1 million. The said subsidiary operates department stores in Cholburi and is located in the project area of 43 rais.
