The details are as follows: 1. Investment objective : To jointly operate a department store of the Central Plaza Project in Cholburi 2. Busines type : Department Store 3. Registered capital : Central Patana Cholburi Co.,Ltd., has a registered capital of Bt1 million divided into 10,000 shares at a par of Bt100. 4. Investment Porportion : CPN previously held shares in Central Pattana Cholburi Co.,ltd. in the ratio of 99.93% of registered capital. The CPN's share holding ratio will be reduced to 99.92% after the investment of Rodemco Thailand B.V. Co.,Ltd. which will hold the remaining 0.01% or equivalent to 1 share. CPN has planned to increase the capital of Central Pattana Cholburi Co.,ltd. which will lead to an increase of 25% in the share holding ratio of Rodemco Thailand B.V.
