Referring to Central Pattana Plc (CPN) report on the incorporation of Central Pattana Cholburi Co.,Ltd., CPN informed the leasing land in Central Pattana Cholburi Co.,Ltd. as follows: 1.Details of acquired assets : Central Pattana Cholburi Co.,Ltd. will sign a 30-year contract to rent land located on the BY PASS of Cholburi consisting of 33 rai, 2 ngarn, 92 square wah. It will be used as a location of a new department store. 2. Related partners: The contract will be made between CPN and Central Pattana Cholburi Co.,Ltd., CPN's wholly owned subsidiary. 3. Total value of payment : Bt161.7 million. The total payment will be made one time within September, 1996. 4. Criteria used to set payment : The value was determined from the assessed price of nearby land. 5. Investment objective : To rent land for a new department store 6. Expected benefit : To develop and expand its department store business 7. Calculation of acquired assets : The company confirmed that this transaction was not considered an acquisition of listed company's assets.
