No. 50/2544/69 CENTRAL PATTANA PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED REPORTS DELAY IN LISTING OF NEW PAID-UP SHARES ISSUED ON EURO CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURE CONVERSION ON THE STOCK EXCHANGE OF THAILAND April 27, 2001 To : The President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand Subject : To report delay in listing of new paid-up shares issued on Euro Convertible Debenture Conversion on The Stock Exchange of Thailand The company had reported the result of convertible debenture conversion to common shares until the final conversion date on March 27,2001 that one Bondholder submitted a notice to convert its bond into 12,250 common shares of the company. In this regard, SET requires that the company submit a request for admission of new paid-up shares to be listed on the SET within 30 days after the final conversion date. However, the company could not complete such procedure within the deadline, as the company has not received full information of the Bondholder so Thailand Securities Depositary Co., Ltd (TSD) could not prepare the list of new shareholder to apply to the Ministry of Commerce for registration of new paid-up shares. In due course, the company intends to complete the procedure soon after receiving full information from the Bondholder. Please be informed accordingly.
