TRANSLATION The Company's profit for the year 2001 increase from 2000 more than 20% because in the year 2000 the company had loss on foreign exchange of 222 million Baht and provision for loss on impairment of property under development 148 million Baht. Should we exclude such exchange loss and loss on impairment of assets, the profit before tax for the year 2001 increase from 2000 by approximately 111 million Baht or 12%. This is mainly due to higher rental and service income received from Central Plaza Lardprao, Central Plaza Pinklao and Central Plaza Rachada Rama 3 and decrease in interest expenses from lower interest rate of borrowings and partial repayment of debt principal.
