August 21, 2002 Subject : Cancellation halting CPN stock trading temporarily To : The President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand According to the temporary halt of Central Pattana Public Company Limited (the Company) stock trading during 10.00 am to 12.30 p m on August 21, 2002 in order to protect the Company stock price volatility due to the public offering by existing shareholders. At present, the company is being informed by shareholders that the public offering price has already been completed with the offering price of 94 Baht per share and total number of shares sold are 6,000,000 shares.
