(Additional) To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand As reported to SET on August 18,2005,the acquisition of shares of Central Pattana Rama 3 Company Limited and Central Realty Service Rama 3 Company Limited from Rodamco Thailand B.V. ("Rodamco") amounted to Baht 1,521,442,000, the Company would like to clarify the calculation of the purchase price as follow; The purchase price was calculated from market value of common shares which comprises of two parts as follow; 1. Value of land, building, equipment and other fixed assets - calculate from lease fee received from CPN Retail Growth Property Fund plus the value of the remaining property - calculate from the appraised value by the independent appraiser minus the relevant estimated income tax. 4,401,591,000 Baht 2. Value of other assets minus all loan and liabilities as appeared in the balance sheet as at July 15,2005. (597,986,000) Total value of acquired shares 3,803,605,000 Baht Portion of interest of Rodamco 39.47 % Market value of Rodamco's shares 1,521,442,000 Baht The total market value from the above calculation of common shares are Baht 3,803,605,000, which is 39.47% or Baht 1,521,442,000 belong to Rodemco according to its shareholding structure.
