April 10, 2006 Subject : Clarification on Bidding for the British Embassy's Land To : The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Referring to the news in the newspaper "Prachachat Business" on Thursday 6 - Sunday 9, 2006 which stated that Central Pattana Public Company Limited participated in the bidding for the British Embassy's land on Ploenchit road, Bangkok and the Company is one of two potential companies selected to develop the land. Moreover, referring to the news in the newspaper "Than Economic" on Thursday 6 - Saturday 8, 2006 which stated that the Company won the bid for the British Embassy's land. The Company would like to clarify that the Company did not participated in bidding for the British Embassy's land. Please be informed accordingly.
