Net Profit after tax of Q3/2006 decrease from Q3/2005 by approximately 1,742 million Baht or 80% despite the fact that the higher income derived from the opening of the expansion phase in Centralworld and higher rental and service from Central Plaza Lardprao, Central Plaza Rama 2, Central Airport Plaza Chiangmai and Central Town Rattanathibet in Q3/2006. This is mainly due to the capital gain from financial lease transaction with "CPN Retail Growth Property Fund"(CPNRF) approximately 1,937 million Baht and loss from allowance for impairment approximately 285 million Baht occurred in Q3/2005 only.
