- Translation - September 30, 2009 Subject The Investment in Additional Investment Unit of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund and the Lease/Sublease of Property at Pinklao Project To The President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand As Central Pattana Public Company Limited ("The Company") has disclosed the information to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on July 15, 2009 regarding the Board of Directors' Meeting No.3/2009, the approval of the investment in additional investment unit of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund ("CPNRF") and lease/sublease the property at CentralPlaza Pinklao project to CPNRF for a period of 15 years. The Company would like to inform ,currently, the Company has concluded on the lease/sublease value of the property at CentralPlaza Pinklao project as at Baht 5,680,000,000 (the actual price shall include expenses for issuance of additional investment units for capital increase of CPNRF approximately Baht 100,000,000 which the Company will be responsible for). The Company shall enter into the transaction after CPNRF has already offered the additional investment unit for sale.
