- Translation - February 17, 2010 Subject Capital Increase and Change the name of the Subsidiary of the Company To The President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand According to the resolution of the Board of Directors of Central Pattana Public Company Limited ("the Company") on November 4, 2009, that approve purchase of common stock of Thaipat Property Company Limited ("Thaipat Property"), which is currently the subsidiary of the Company in proportion of 99.99% of totalshares. The Company would like to inform that Thaipat Property has already registered the increase in its registered capital and change its name with Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce,effective from February 15, 2010 onwards. The details are as follow: 1.Increased registered capital Baht 699,900,000 from Baht 100,000 to Baht 700,000,000 divided into 70,000,000 shares at the par value of Baht 10 each, which paid-up 25% of total new capital registered equal to Baht 174,975,000 to support its investment. 2.Changed its name to "CPN Chiangrai Company Limited".
