- Translation - May 11, 2010 Subject Investment in Ordinary Shares of CPN Global Company Limited To The President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand On May 10, 2010 Central Pattana Public Company Limited ("the Company") has invested in CPN Global Company Limited ("CPN Global") by acquiring ordinary share of 9,994 (nine thousand nine hundred and ninety four) shares, representing 99.94% of CPN Global's total ordinary shares. CPN Global has registered capital of Baht 1,000,000 (one million baht) divided into 10,000 shares (ten thousand shares) with a par value of Baht 100 (one hundred baht) and paid-up capital of Baht 250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand baht).
