- Translation - August 10, 2010 Subject Development of the Phitsanulok and Suratthani Project To The President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand According to the Board of Directors of Central Pattana Company Limited ("the Company")'s meeting No.5/2010 on August 10, 2010, the Board of Directors has approved the development of two new shopping centers in Phitsanulok and Suratthani province. Details are as follows: Phitsanulok Project Location: On Singhawat Road, Highway number 12, Plaichumpol Sub-disctrict,Muang District, Pitsanulok Province Land Details: Total area of 104-1-85 Rai under the owndership of Central World Company Limited,the subsidiary with 90.00% of shares held by the Company. Project Details: A three-story one stop shopping center with gross floor area of 55,600 sq.m.,and parking area of 37,300 sq.m. (1,000 cars). Investment Included Approximately 1,300 Million Baht Land Cost: (the Company's capital expenditure). Construction Period: Approximately 12 month, starting in 4Q/2010. This project is scheduled for the opening in the 3Q/2011. Suratthani Project Location: On Surat Thani Airport Highway, which leads to Highway number 417 Wat-Pradoo Sub-disctrict, Muang District, Suratthani Province. Land Details: Total area of 52-1-15.9 Rai under the ownership of CPN Chiangrai Company Limited, the subsidiary with 99.93% of shares held the Company. Project Details: A four-story one stop shopping center with a gross floor area of 72,000 sq.m., and parking area of 49,000 sq.m. (1,400 cars) Investment Included Approximately 2,000 Million Baht Land Cost: (the Company's capital expenditure). Construction Period: Approximately 12 month, starting in 1Q/2011. This project is scheduled for the opening in the 2Q/2012. According to the consolidated financial statement as at March 31, 2010, the total investment cost of these two project accounts for 6.40% of the Company's total assets. In addition, after including all transactions regarding acquisition and disposal of assets for the last six months, these new transactions will not be considered as transactions under the Notification of the Capital Market Supervisory Board Tor.Jor. 20/2551 regarding Disclosure of Information and Other Acts of Listed Companies concerning the Acquisition and Disposition of Assets and the Notification of the Board of Governors of the SET Re: Disclosure of Information and Other Acts of Listed Companies Concerning the Acquisition and Disposition of Assets, 2004.
