July 2, 2013 Subject: Report on the Use of Proceeds from Capital Increase To: The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand As Central Pattana Public Company Limited (the "Company") offered for sale the capital increase shares of the Company in the number of 130,368,000 shares on a private placement basis, at the offering price determined based on demand of institutional investors (Book Building) through comparative analysis of demand and supply in newly issued shares of the Company at Baht 50.75 per share as per the details appeared in the Form of Report to the Exchange of the Results of the Sale of Securities (F 53-5), dated May 22, 2013, the Company received the net proceeds (after deducting expenses of the sale of securities) in the amount of Baht 6,549 million. The Company would like to report the use of proceeds from the capital increase in approximation as of June 30, 2013 which is in accordance with the objectives of the capital increase that were disclosed by the Company to the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows: 1. Repayment of long-term debentures Baht 2,000 million 2. Investment in local projects Baht 1,500 million As of June 30, 2013, the Company has used the proceeds from the capital increase in the total amount of approximately Baht 3,500 million and there is still remaining proceeds in the total amount of approximately Baht 3,049 million from the capital increase.
