September 3, 2013 Subject: Restructure of the Company's Subsidiaries To: The President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand Enclosure: The shareholding structure Central Pattana Public Company Limited ("the Company") has restructured two subsidiaries of the Company on September 2, 2013. The objective is to enhance the flexibility and efficiency of internal management. Details are as follows: 1. Registration of the dissolution of Central Play Land Company Limited ("Central Play Land"), the subsidiary that the Company indirectly holds 99.99% of shares. The registered capital is Baht 518,000,000 (five hundred eighteen million baht). The liquidation has been under process. 2. Registration of the capital increasing of Bangna Central Property Company Limited ("Bangna Central Property"), the subsidiary that the Company indirectly holds 99.99% of shares, to support the transferring all of the assets and liabilities of Central Play Land. After the process, Bangna Central Property increased its registered capital from Baht 600,000,000 (six hundred million baht) to Baht 1,160,563,400 (one thousand one hundred sixty million five hundred sixty-three thousand and four hundred baht). However, the Company still holds in the same proportion as 99.99% of shares in Bangna Central Property. Please be informed accordingly.
