No. 51/2014/032 April 24, 2014 Subject: Investment in CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund ("CPNRF") To: The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Reference is made to Central Pattana Public Company Limited ("CPN")'s information provided to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on August 9, 2013, concerning the lease of the properties (partial) in CentralPlaza Chiangmai Airport to the CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund ("CPNRF") On April 23, 2014, CPN formally proceeded with the lease of the properties (partial) in CentralPlaza Chiangmai Airport to the CPNRF, worth Baht 10,496,000,000 approximately (this amount includes CPNRF additional issuance and offering expense, which is responsible by CPN), and has invested in 23.53% of the additional investment units of CPNRF, or 135,593,664 units at a value of Baht 15, for a total of Baht 2,033,904,960. This leads CPN to hold in total of 590,521,686 units, and the percentage of investment in CPNRF has changed from 27.80% to 26.69% after the capital increase. The size of this lease of the properties to the CPNRF (Disposition of Assets) and investment in the additional investment units (Acquisition of Assets) when combined with other assets acquisition and disposition transactions occurred within the 6-month is less than 15% of total asset value of CPN, calculated from financial statement as of December 31, 2013.
