Central Pattana Plc (CPN) clarified a published report which said that O.P. Natural Product Co sued CPN for breach of leasing contract and rights infringement by stating that the company has not yet received any complaints from the Civil Court. CPN added that O.P. Natural Product Co Ltd did not obey the rules concerning the interior design of the shops in the Central Plaza Ladprao and did not decorate the interior design in line with the plan that was approved by the company especially the electricity system. CPN feared that this may cause the fire outbreak in the department store and warned O.P. Natural Product to proceed in accordance with the approved plan. However, O.P. Natural did not abide by the warning and do the work as stated in the approved plan.
