Central Pattana Plc (CPN) informed the change of its joint venture name from "Kan Roim Korn Co.,Ltd." to "Central Pattana Kornkan Co.,Ltd." The company previously invested in Kan Roim Korn Co.,Ltd. by holding shares equivalent to 61.74% of the registered capital which is worth Bt1 million. The objective of the investment is to operate a department store business in Kornkan.
