REPORTS SUBSIDIARY'S CAPITAL INCREASE

Central Pattana Plc. (CPN) released that Central Pattana Chonburi Co., Ltd., CPN's subsidiary, was resolved to raise its registered capital from Bt1 million to Bt350 million. The details are as follows: 1. Objective: To fund project developments of Central Pattana Chonburi. 2. Business: Shopping mall 3. Registered capital: To be raised from Bt1 million to Bt350 million by issuing new 3,490,000 common shares with a par value of Bt100 per share. 4. Shareholding proportion: CPN presently possesses 99.92% of shares in Central Pattana Chonburi Co., Ltd. CPN will use its right to subscribe to the new shares only partially. Rodamco Thailand B. V., holder of 0.01% of shares in Central Pattana Chonburi, will take the part of 872,207 shares, waived by CPN, at the par value, totalling Bt87.2 million. After the capital increase, CPN shareholding in the subsidiary will be to 75%, amounting to Bt262.5 million. Meanwhile, Radamco B. V. will hold the remaining 25%, amounting to Bt87.5 million. 5.
