-- TRANSLATION -- Net income of Central Pattana Public Company Limited (CPN) for the Q3/98 is 80 million Baht or increased from Q3/97 by 191 million Baht which is more than 20%. This is mainly due to foreign exchange gain in Q3/98 amounted to 131 million Baht while in Q3/97 there were losses of 275 million Baht and the company also provided allowance of 114 million Baht for loss on declining in value of investment, cost of project development and doubtful accounts totalling 114 million Baht.
