Central Pattana Public Company Limited Announce the Second and Third Issuance and Offering of Debenture The Board of Directors of Central Pattana Public Company Limited at a meeting no.2/2000 held on 20 March 2000 passed the following resolutions : Approved for the second and third issuances and offering of debentures, detail as follows : Type : Unsecured and unsubordinated debenture Amount : Not exceeding Baht 1,500 million (One thousand five hundred million Baht) Unit : Not exceeding 1,500,000 units Face Value : Baht 1,000 ( One thousand Baht ) Maturity : 3 years Offering : Offered through private placement to not more than 35 investors and/or investors according to the Notification of the Securities Exchange Commission Re:Rules, Conditions and Procedures for Applying for Approval or Approval of Newly Issued Debentures Dated 10 August 1994 Provided that Mr.Sudhitham Chirathivat or Mr.Kobchai Chirathivat or Mr.Naris Cheyklin are designated by the board to be authorized persons to determine related condition, i.e. interest rate, issuance date, maturity date, including negotiation, entering into agreements, signing document and performing any act which is necessary and appropriate in connection with the issuance and offering of the debentures. The issuances of said debentures are in accordance with the resolution of the ordinary meeting of the shareholders no.1/1999 held on 21 April 1999, which was previously notified to SET.
