The Company had eliminated the gain between the Company and the subsidiary amounting to Baht 19.8 million in accordance with the accounting standard for investment in subsidiary. However, in 2000 the Group disposed Coffee Partners Company Limited to a third party outside the Group. Therefore, Food Novelties Co., Ltd. is still considered as a subsidiary under the equity method and its financial statements are consolidated in the consolidated financial statements. - The Company signed a joint venture agreement with a foreign company to jointly control an operation and sharing interest in the ratio of 60:40 in Central Pattana Rama 3 Co., Ltd. which formerly was the company's subsidiary. Before 2000, the Company classified an investment in Central Pattana Chonburi Co., Ltd. which is a joint venture with a foreign company in the ratio 60:40 as the Company's subsidiary. In 2000, the Company reclassified the subsidiary as a joint venture in accordance with the Thai Accounting Standard No. 46.
