May 10, 2002 Subject : To announce the resignation of the Board of Directors To : The President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand As Central Group has announced its Management Restructuring Plan for the whole Central Group. This includes Central Pattana Public Company Limited, which has changed its top management and have been disclosed to SET recently. To comply with such plan, the Board of Directors of Central Pattana Public Company Limited at its meeting no. 4/2002 held on May 10, 2001 has passed the resolution regarding the retirement of directors at the age of 70 years old which are extendable for another 2 years. In this respect, there are 4 directors who are over 72 years old and desire to resign from their position namely; 1. Mr. Tawee Nunpukdee 2. Dr. Amorn Chandarasomboon 3. Mr. Sompong Thanasophon 4.
