We would like to clarify that the management of the company had never disclosed any figures regarding the net income and dividend payment of 2002 in the interview with United Securities Co.,Ltd.. Furthermore, it is clearly indicated in such report that the figures were based on the projection of the analysts of United Securities Co., Ltd.
