October 24, 2002 Subject : Clarify the par value split To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Pursuant to the resolutions of Central Pattana Public Company Limited's Board of Directors Meeting No. 7/2002 which has been disclosed to The Stock Exchange of Thailand on October 21, 2002, certain shareholders may have queries about the resolution of the decrease of par value. The Company would like to clarify that the decrease of par value is the par split by changing the par value of the Company's share from 10 Baht per share to 5 Baht per share. Therefore, 1 existing share with par value of 10 Baht will be splitted to 2 shares with par value of 5 Baht after the effective date of this par split. Please be informed accordingly.
