To : The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand According to the reports in media and newspapers during December 15-16, 2002 that the Transport and Communications Minister found that there were certain breaches in the land lease agreement with The State Railway of Thailand (SRT), Central Pattana Public Company Limited (the Company) would like to clarify that currently Central Group have not received any formal letter from The State Railway of Thailand yet. However, the Company as well as other concerning companies in Central Group are presently collecting all concerning facts and documents for clarification with SRT. The Company is confident that all concerning issues could be clarified and also believes that these issues will not cause any defaults in the agreement or any negative effect to the Company' s financial status.
