To : The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Central Pattana Public Company Limited (the Company) would like to inform that Central Inter Pattana Company Limited, who is the Lessee of this project with The State Railway of Thailand and has sub-leased part of the land to the Company, has received the request letter dated December 16,2002 from The State Railway of Thailand to submit the facts and information regarding the addition or modification to the building. Items, which are related to the Company as follow: 1. Change part of carpark for commercial purpose. 2. Change basement carpark for commercial purpose. Other items are related to other concerning companies in Central Group.
