Central Pattana Public Company Limited Settlement of Litigation of Central Pattana Korat Co.,Ltd. March 19, 2003 Subject : Settlement of Litigation of Central Pattana Korat Co.,Ltd. To : The President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand Regarding the litigation of Central Pattana Korat Co.,Ltd.("Korat"), a 99.99% subsidiary of Central Pattana Public Co.,Ltd.("Company"), Korat has filed a court case against a lessor for breach of land lease agreement amounting to 444 million Baht while a lessor has filed a counter-claim with the court against Korat amounting to 1,249 million Baht since 1998 ( details in the note 29 (d) to financial statement) . The Company would like to inform that the said court case has already been finalized. Settlement deed was signed and submit to the Civil Court on March 6,2003. The Court has ruled a judgement in accordance with settlement deed, by which a lessor agree to pay 1,000,000 Baht to Korat and Korat agree to cancel such land lease agreement.
