Central Pattana Public Company Limited Conclusion on the lease agreement of Central Plaza Ladprao with The State Railway of Thailand March 27, 2003 Subject : Conclusion on the lease agreement of Central Plaza Ladprao with The State Railway of Thailand To : The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Central Pattana Public Company Limited (CPN), a sub-lessee of the shopping center building of Central Plaza Ladprao from Central Inter Pattana Co., Ltd. (CID), who leased the land from The State Railway of Thailand (SRT), was informed by Central Inter Pattana Co.,Ltd. that the issues with SRT has been finalized. Central Inter Pattana Co.,Ltd. has agreed to pay 543 million Baht to SRT, which comprises of a compensation related to such issues for the period before 2003 amounting to 165 million Baht and additional rental for 2003 until expiration of the lease contract amounting to 378 million Baht. Therefore, CPN will seek approval from its Board of Directors in the meeting to be held on April 2,2003. CPN will inform SET and investors thereafter.
