The registered capital increased Baht 999,000,000 from Baht 1,000,000 to Baht 1,000,000,000 divided into 9,990,000 shares at the par value of Baht 100 each, which paid-up 75% of total new capital registered equal to Baht 749,250,000 to support its investment in Central Festival Pattaya Beach Project.
