October 28, 2011 Subject : Clarification regarding flood situation To : The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Due to the flood situation in the main road to the CentralPlaza Pinklao Shopping Center, Central Pattana Public Company Limited ("CPN") would like to inform that CentralPlaza Pinklao Shopping Center has necessity to close since October 26, 2011 for the safety of CPN's staff, tenants and shoppers. CPN will consider the opening of the Shopping Center when the situation is resolved. The other Shopping Centers under CPN's management are still in business. Some Shopping Centers may be changed its service hours in accordance with the situation in each area. CPN will closely monitor the situation in each area to conduct timely and proper measures. Nevertheless, all CPN's Shopping Centers have taken Industrial All Risk Insurance covering flood damage and Business Interruption Insurance. The actual coverage is subject to term and condition in insurance policy. Please be informed accordingly.
